Honestly I haven't uploaded anything in so long I've forgotten the problems associated with it. If the picture is horizontal on your own computer that could be the problem but if not then I'm really not sure. Sometimes when I scan a picture to my computer it appears horizontally and then I just open my picture viewing app and rotate the picture. (you most likely know that though) As for the loading process here I'm just not sure.
